On June 10, 2007, a baby girl was found in the front doorway of the Yidaixiao Store in Xianghe Farm's Market in AiDong Town, Donglan County.  The Welfare Institute estimated her birthday on the day she was found and gave her the name Sheng Xue Ling.

She arrived at the Desheng Social Welfare Institute in Guangxi Province on the day she was found.

When she was two months old, she went to her foster family.  She has been there ever since.

On January 13, 2006, our application for adoption was logged in by the Chinese Government.

On June 9, 2008 we received the referral for our new daughter.

We leave for China on August 1, 2008 and will see our baby for the first time on August 4, 2008.
